By accessing or using Voltxt services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users of our website and services.

Voltxt provides technology solutions including web development, application development, email solutions, AI automation, online presence management, and managed hosting services. Specific service details, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual project agreements.

Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access required for project completion. Delays caused by client unresponsiveness may impact project timelines and deliverables.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials provided to you and for all activities under your account.

Payment terms are outlined in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are due upon receipt. Late payments may incur additional fees and may result in service suspension.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.

Upon full payment, clients own all custom code, designs, and assets created specifically for their project. Voltxt retains ownership of proprietary tools, frameworks, and pre-existing components used in development.

The Voltxt name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Voltxt and may not be used without written permission.

Voltxt provides hosting services with a 99.99% uptime SLA, served from multiple regions. While we strive for maximum availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for downtime caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance whenever possible.

Voltxt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all services rendered. Voltxt will provide reasonable assistance in transitioning data and services.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

Voltxt reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
